Designing a supplement for mental fortitude.

Resistance is a curated collection of ideas, mantras, life lessons, and thoughts. Ideas that challenge, teach and remind to never stray from the path.

Most of the quotes used on the cards are pulled from books, videos, movies, and just everyday life moments. More often than not, they have been quoted for hundreds of years, in one way or another by some of our greatest minds. Resistance is an arsenal of ideas to keep your mind present, sharp, in order, in a world full of chaos.

Card a day keeps the trouble away.

Writing down notes for myself was something I have always done. Over the years, the stack of notes got bigger, and the paper I used to write the notes on was not aging well. I wanted a clean, organized way to view my notes, but also share them with people around me.

A Resistance card is meant to be kept in a cardholder, put in a visible place, to be seen, observed, and engaged with.
